NAVIGATING COMPLEX ENVIRONMENTS WITH OUR SHARED VALUES
TotalEnergies Marine Fuels operate in many countries, including diverse and complex environments, which can expose us to many different risks. As such, to guarantee our growth and long-term viability, we rely on three shared values that guide all our activities: Respect, Responsibility, and Exemplary Conduct.
We commit to the highest standards of integrity, in particular by preventing corruption, fraud and anti-competitive practices. These standards are part of our code of conduct.
A REPUTATION FOR TRUST AND RELIABILITY
At TotalEnergies Marine Fuels, compliance and ethics are part of our DNA. We are proud to be recognised as a reliable supplier with a very good reputation on the bunker market. According to a survey we launched in October 2017, the main reason for customers to work with us is the trust they have in our company.

ADVOCATE FOR FAIR COMPETITION AND TRANSPARENCY
In Singapore, TotalEnergies Marine Fuels’ bunker license has been renewed for many years as proof of our integrity and irreproachable practices. In 2017, we strongly supported the introduction of Mass Flow Meters (MFM) on barges for bunker deliveries to promote fairer competition amongst Singapore's bunker suppliers.
Since February 2021, we have also introduced a new time-chartered barge installed with a bi-directional, calibrated and National Measurement Institute (NMI)-certified MFM to serve bunker deliveries in the ports of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Antwerp. Through the MFM system, we seek to provide our customers greater transparency, faster barge turn-around time and an efficient bunker process they deserve. This builds on our dedication to doing business ‘the right way’ – in a sustainable and collaborative manner.
To ensure maximum transparency in the market, we also advocate for the compulsory implementation of MFM in any bunkering port.
As a member of the International Bunker Industry Association, we are strong supporters of their initiatives in advocating for an ethical bunker industry, together with the full enforcement of the IMO 2020 Global Cap, and appropriate controls, to ensure a level playing field for all bunker suppliers and shipping companies.
