What does DML stands for ?

DML means Diesel Marine Léger, a MGO category. It is the French administrative designation for distillate marine fuel.
DML has a specification equivalent to the DMA category of the ISO 8217 standard with a reduced sulfur content of max 0.10 % (m/m) to comply with the European Community regulations (the sulfur content of DMA is max 1.5 % ).
