Delays for claims to be admissible ?

Any claim in the quantity of the Marine Fuels must be notified in writing to the seller within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery. 
Any claim in the quality of the Marine Fuels must be notified in writing to the seller within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery.
